I’ve been walking the JV yellow brick road for decades. I know how to show up, promote with integrity, teach with heart, and deliver real results.
What 2025 offered instead was something far more valuable:
Discernment.
The kind you only earn by going all in and listening carefully to what does and does not feel like home.
The Wizard’s Realization
Here’s what became undeniable:
Just because I can go all in doesn’t mean I should — or that every road is mine to walk.
Some collaborations sparkled on the surface.
Leaderboards. Visibility. Applause.
But behind the curtain, a few of those roads came with:
- Friction where ease should live
- Hustle disguised as opportunity
- Energy leaks masked as generosity
And like any good wizard, I noticed the signs.
When the Magic Was Real
The collaborations I would repeat — the ones that felt right — had a very different energy.
These were the Emerald City moments.
- I was invited to teach, not just promote
- My expertise was trusted and respected
- My work lived on inside aligned ecosystems
- The relationship mattered as much as the results
In these rooms, I wasn’t performing magic for the crowd.
I was practicing it with peers.
A Shift From Proving to Choosing
Earlier in my career, JV reflections helped me answer:
- Am I ready to collaborate?
- Is my message clear enough to share?
- Will this serve my audience well?
Those questions mattered then.
But 2025 revealed a new, more refined question:
Now that I know who I am and what I bring — where does my magic truly belong?

I’m here to guide, teach, and transform — not shout into the void.
Magic That Travels Without Me Pushing It
My best work lives on inside trusted ecosystems, reaching people when they’re ready.
Ease Is a Signal
If my nervous system says “no,” I listen, even when the numbers look shiny.
What I’ve Put Back in the Broom Closet
I’m no longer available for:
- Hustle-heavy launches that drain more than they give
- Gift stacks that trade depth for volume
- Undefined roles that require over-giving to “make it work”
- Roads that lead away from joy, clarity, and impact
This isn’t pulling back. It’s choosing wisely.
The Spell I’m Carrying Forward
2025 reminded me that the real power isn’t in how much I give.
It’s in where I give.
In 2026, I collaborate like a wizard who knows:
- Her magic is earned
- Her energy is precious
- And her best work happens in rooms that feel like home
I don’t chase Emerald Cities anymore.
I recognize them.
And when I do, I step in fully —
not to prove myself,
